Dermaroller is a means of stimulating the skin’s natural ability to heal, to tighten and to generate volume. It looks like a paint roller on a small scale and is covered in tiny needles. Each needle is finely engineered to create a trauma-free hole in the dermis that stimulates fibroblast activity and kick-starts the healing cascade.

The roller is then moved to another area of the face. It takes about half an hour to treat the whole face; a further half an hour if the décolleté is treated. The treatment is not painful.
